Prepared to be dazzled!

Lasers Light Up The Sky At Barking Riverside

We are excited to announce the London debut of the award-winning interactive light installation at Barking Riverside, created in partnership with Lumen Art Projects. Seb Lee-Delisle’s dazzling Laser Light Synths will take place over two days this month at the Barking Riverside Project Office. Free and open to everyone, the event promises to be an interactive, family-friendly show that will bring together light, music, and technology.

Powerful lasers will project animated visuals onto the project office. What’s more, you are invited to come and create your own unique musical and light performance too! The touch-activated light installation promises to dazzle with thousands of super bright LED lights. As the audience play the synths, lasers will respond to the music you’re creating and cover the building with dancing lights.

As part of the GLOW Winter Lights Festival, the event will also feature performances from Big Dancers by El Carromato, presented by Creative Barking and Dagenham with support from Global Streets. The Big Dancers are a street performance featuring giant puppets and synchronised music and lighting.

There will be food and drink stalls at the event too, so come along and enjoy the show.

Laser Light Synths will be on Friday 22 November from 6 to 9 pm, and Saturday 23 November from 5 to 8 pm at the Barking Riverside Project Office, Project Rd, IG11 0YP.
