BRL is a joint venture between L&Q and the Mayor of London. As the master developer behind Barking Riverside, its mission is to deliver a new neighbourhood in London that makes people feel a genuine sense of belonging and pride to be a ‘Riversider’.
BRL has an important leadership role at Barking Riverside and is responsible for the overall design and planning, as well as leading the major infrastructure projects – be that building new roads or delivering community centres.
