Barking Riverside Limited invites residents to attend WellFest on Saturday 5 July 2025 at The Exchange, Barking Riverside.
Delivered in partnership with Aurora Medicine, this event is a celebration of health, happiness and community, bringing together local residents for a feel-good day of pampering, learning and fun.
What you can expect:

Drop-in consultations with local GPs Dr Nadia Saeed and Dr Jagan John – no appointment needed

Free yoga sessions and wellness talks throughout the day

Stalls offering free lifestyle products and resources

Arts & Crafts

DJ music, giveaways, food and more
All activities are free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to register via Eventbrite in advance.
